Nice place - Administrative Assistant Countryside Country Club Employee Review

I loved helping the members and answering the phones. I also loved working with the kids and teaching them how to do something I spent my whole life doing.

There were no cons for me.

The private country club offered great employees to work along side with and made going to work enjoyable. Also, the clients were all very personable and easy to help. Lastly, the employer provided great flexible hours that fit my schedule.

At times the company seemed disorganized when pressured into making critical decisions. Communication between the entire team was the biggest problem.
