Pros

Trainer was nice, discount was cool

Cons

Pay was $16 an hour while McDonalds was paying $14. You make less than 1% on the commission of selling products to irate people. If a bug is discovered where you make anything approaching decent money they kill it. Predatory behavior, awful service quality, absurd level of micro-management, inane DOS-based system run on an emulator. The training teaches you next to nothing on how to actually fix anything. Mostly just how to sell products.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
