I spent over nine years at Creditsafe and had the opportunity to grow through multiple roles, from engineer to engineering manager. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues, contribute to impactful projects, and develop both technical and leadership skills. Work-life balance is generally good, and the company recognizes and rewards strong performance.

As the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline cross-team communication and decision-making processes. Career progression can sometimes depend on organizational needs, so having more clearly defined growth paths across functions could be beneficial.
