Pros

It is the best company to have a perfect work-life balance.Have been working with Creditsafe for past 2 and half years. Started career with this company. Management will give full support and can see friendly environment everywhere in the Office premises. Co-employees are very friendly and supportive. If you are looking for one of the fast growing company and need to have balance work -life then this is the best company.

Cons

Only less hikes for the working employes. Though you come from another company you will get good compensate as per market rate, but for existing employees hike are less.

Pros

HR is approachable for any issues & they do take your feedback very seriously which is good.

Cons

My review is for data engineering roles. Majority of development work is done. Very few opportunities to work on new development roles. Vague expectations are set & leadership is not at all approachable for any questions. Existing codebase is very poorly maintained & they have lots of issues with the data that is getting generated. Majority of the times they update the data manually for any erroneous records . Overall I wouldn't recommend to join here as a Data Engineer.

Employees must work from the office 39 days per quarter and 3 days per week, but only on designated days like Monday, Tuesday and Thursday(no flexibility for employee to choose the day he wish to join in office). If a public holiday falls on a required office day, employees must compensate for it. Any leave taken must also be compensated, adding unnecessary pressure. Not meeting the 39-days per quarter requirement leads to deductions of annual leaves(20 per year) of no. of days not came to office out of 39 Strict rules negatively impact work-life balance and fail to consider individual circumstances. Employees are required to stay in the office for 8 hours on assigned days. No work life balance

To clarify, the decision to designate specific office days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) was made to address logistical concerns, primarily parking availability, which was a key concern raised by employees. These days were selected based on operational requirements and team collaboration needs, with input from relevant teams. Neither HR nor management made this decision arbitrarily. Regarding the requirement of 39 office days per quarter, this change was introduced to facilitate better knowledge sharing, onboarding of new employees (including graduates), and overall team collaboration. Over the past three years, employees followed a gross 3-day-per-week model. Moving to a net 3-day model is a step toward ensuring a more structured in-office presence while still maintaining hybrid flexibility. As for concerns about leave deductions, no such action has been taken yet, as we are still in the initial stages of implementation. If any adjustments are required, we will assess them carefully with fairness and employee well-being in mind. Creditsafe has always prioritized work-life balance and employee well-being. We have supported individual circumstances whenever needed, and we encourage open conversations with team members and HR to address any personal concerns.
