Pros

When I decided to make a move to a new company, I had several things on my wish list that were non-negotiables for me. I wanted to join a growing company that valued its people, cared about its culture and its impact on the community as a whole, offered work life balance, and celebrated everyone's uniqueness and individual contributions. I'm so glad that I joined this organization because this company has truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect mentioned above.

Cons

So far, the only con I can think of which may be seen as a pro by some (including myself), is that the company is growing really fast. As with any rapid growth, there are going to be "growing pains". For example, we're growing so fast that it's starting to become a challenge to find enough high-caliber people to fill certain roles. We will fill these positions eventually, but I can only imagine how frustrating it might be for some to not have enough staff at times. The good news is that leadership is very aware and is moving fast to alleviate any potential bottlenecks in the hiring process.

Pros

The company is experiencing unprecedented growth, which creates incredible opportunities for career development and innovation. Leadership is highly supportive and genuinely invested in employees’ success. There is a clear commitment to investing in people, improving processes, and implementing technology that helps the organization scale effectively. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and full of talented professionals who care about delivering results and supporting one another.

Cons

With the rapid growth comes a heavier workload at times, and the company is expanding faster than office space and staffing can always keep up with. Growing pains are definitely present, and some teams are stretched thin while the organization works to scale operations and resources appropriately.
