Management protects staff who engage in unethical behavior to meet KPIs, despite clear evidence in SFDC showing opportunities being shifted for personal gain. When this was raised, whistleblowers were labeled as bullies. According to the employee handbook, such behavior should warrant termination, yet no action was taken. This lack of enforcement, combined with management benefiting from sales outcomes, seriously undermines trust and fairness within the team.
