      While in general, it is true that if you get your work done, you can be flexible on when you come and go, in reality, there are individuals in management that do not abide by this rule.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
