great benefits, including time off, work from home, casual dress code great technology/IT support small internal groups and managers have family-oriented culture
Cons
organizational culture is a façade - upward mobility dependent on being part of the "boys' club", brown-nosing or manipulation (a lot of gossip) C-suite does not value marketing or any other internal (non-client facing) group Proposal Center uses FIFO model - more about quantity than quality extremely high proposal volume / always overworked pay is ok but below market - determined by geography (even though many work from home) not much diversity
