      There are some amazing people who truly care about you and the growth of your career

      Cons

      The financial service internal audit group in the Chicago office is very corrupt. From managers, partners, to the cfo. They don’t care about ethics and getting working done efficiently and accurately. All they care about is if you can kiss up to them

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
