      Good colleagues and work life balance

      Only care about the bottom line but nothing to show for it. Management hounds you for charge hours and then gives minimal raises and no bonus.

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
