      Managers quite often gang up to target someone they dislike. There is no work-life balance — they keep pushing excessive workloads without eventually assigning clear responsibilities. Some people get high pay even without doing any real work, just because they know how to flatter or kiss up to the right people

      SOME COLLEAGUE IS QUITE NICE.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
