      I really enjoy working at Crytek, my colleagues are good at what they do, nice and fun to work with. The work is very diverse and is almost never boring.

      Pros

      They are a "fly by the seat of your pants" kind of studio. This is a bit of a double edged sword but it allows you to do some fun and creative stuff.

      Cons

      - Doesn't always pay employees (Blames employees for not managing money properly) - All significant talent has left and they are just riding on their previous notoriety - A sinking ship
