No pros except that you can work from home which in itself is not that big a pro.
Cons
Wayyy too many to list here, but will try to list a few here. 1. Unqualified people are holding management positions and are catalyzing to bring this company closer to Doom's Day. 2. No work-Life balance at all and added benefit after joining the company is really bad health with no personal life at all. 3. People holding higher management posts or the so called leadership team is clueless about what they want to achieve and just to keep themselves safe, everyone is trying hard to show their presence felt and hence, tons of changes on day to day basis which will make you wonder what you are actually doing in this company and what you are supposed to do. So, right from top to bottom, everyone is CLUELESS about what, why, how of gazillion of changes. 4. In this company, HARD-WORK NEVER PAYS, buttering and playing politics can help you stay afloat. 5. NO PROFESSIONAL or growth of any kind. No need to say much, a 6.5 years old company still calls itself a "START-UP" and mostly growing companies expand their operations but this company has shut down its operations in the US except one state. Those who want to lose peace of mind, want to add stress to their lives and are looking for a stagnant job or those who are good at politics will definitely fall in love with this workplace.
