Pros
Most of the people who work there are really nice, when I started there was a sense of community at the office. If you find the right crowd to hang out with there are opportunities to learn new things.
Cons
Sales is not interested in selling, they are fine with throwing the first assignment at you and you will probably not see the Cybercom office again until you switch assignments. There seems to be a cult like following of sustainability which has no basis in reality. Sure they are nice words but they have no affect on the majority of employees, instead it becomes an unwanted focal point instead of focusing on the will of the employees. If you are looking for a stepping stone then Cybercom is a great option, find a good assignment and get employed at that company instead.
