Pros
This company’s got real potential. There are solid people on the team, and the products are strong with a lot of practical use. If leadership stays sharp and focused, there’s no reason this place won’t succeed.
Cons
There’s a lot to like about working here. Strong products, good people, and real potential. But it wouldn’t be honest not to mention some of the issues I’ve seen firsthand. For certain roles, unless you’re Israeli, Jewish, or have strong ties to Israel, it can be tough to get in or to stick around. I’ve seen qualified candidates passed over in favor of others who fit that background, often because they speak fluent Hebrew or have a cultural connection. It’s not necessarily malicious, it seems more like leadership choosing to build a team they’re comfortable with but it does raise some questions, especially given U.S. labor laws. On the compensation side, it’s hit or miss. Some folks make great money, even in non commission roles. But I am part of a group that did a little digging and let’s just say, there’s a wide pay gap that doesn’t always track with experience or performance. A lot of us were/ are underpaid by tens of thousands, laughable if it isn't so frustrating.
