I was well compensated and the benefit package was in line with industry standards
Cons
Beware of promise made but not kept. Their main focus is on the bottom line and they will cut headcount at the drop of a hat. All of their engineering is done offshore in India which can be problematic due to time difference, language barriers and constant turnover.
