      Pros

      Some people are really good,they try to help you whenever you stuck. *balanced work and personal life

      Cons

      Company has policies only to frustrate their employee. *no growth *poor salary structure *non technical manager,who mail work is to maintain excel file of how much time ,you are not on your seat.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
