Cons
1. Every Fresher has to go through 1year of probation period and during that time they won't be eligible for appraisal with no exception. 2. 5days in a week you have to come to office. No hybrid model exists and 9hours working day. 3. Managerial department is not at all supportive. For every service we have to raise request throught service. Otherwise it won't be entertained nor escaleted. 4. Generally appraisal happens in the month of April to May but in Cyient they provide it in September to November with arrear. 5. Total 22paid vacations you will get, where maximum 8 unused will be transferred and 5 sick leave and 5 floating vacation which doesn't carry over. 6. Leave encashment won't be transferred every year it would be credited once someone leave the company. 7. Once you are serving notice period you no longer eligible for full salary. You will be paid only base salary.
