      Pros

      Good initiatives being taken to increase the market for Cyient. Company is expanding itself in engineering. Have recently opened a new centre in Warangal, AP. Its a good company to learn. Good company for a beginner.

      Cons

      More focused in improving and expanding itself only in AP within India. Don't believe in training employees and improving their skills. Low pay scales. Long working hours

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
