Honestly, I could not find any positive aspects during or after my time at Cyient Ltd. This was my 6th company in over 11 years of professional experience, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing by far.
Cons
The Full & Final settlement took 70 days, which was far longer than expected. I had to follow up many times, with little to no proactive communication. The exit process lacked clarity and accountability. No timeline was shared, which caused unnecessary stress. Despite staying patient, the experience felt poorly managed and disappointing.
