Pros
Work life balance is great. You basically work your 40 hours and your done. Everyone seems friendly. Good entry level job.
Cons
No one seems willing to accept responsibility for their actions. Accountability seems to be an issue. projects do not get completed in a timely manner because some employees simply don't care to do what they say they will. The Benefits package is subpar. 401k match is awful. Health insurance through DH pace is unaffordable. Pay is 10-20% below industry standard for similar jobs. Training was a waste of time. Spent 2 weeks in training and didn't know anymore about my role than I did before I started. Management would schedule 1 on 1 performance evaluations then never actually meet. No excuse provided. I felt like I was put out to dry. No career advancement opportunities. Employees have had the same role for 10+ years.
