- after have some talk with other department, finance department salary bit lower other than executive at different department. - dental / spec max RM200 per year - outpatient max RM800 per year - no coverage for working spouse - no salary adjustment over the year - finance dep. rather hired new person for higher position than promote the existing staff - profit increasing, workload increase but salary increase max 5% - fast moving company - everything urgent - kind of cheapskate - T20 requirement but B40 budget - ask to work overtime but unable to pay OT, even though during AL management disturbing
