      Brand is very strong in the Transport market.

      The company it's far way to be an pleasant place to work but the worse aspect is NOT TEAM WORK AT ALL, if you are not part of the president's friends, who was someone I had the displeasure of meeting and who should never have been in that position due to disrespect for employees and the company itself. Mr. J. Thrane...This was in Brazil s office....I don't know other branches, what did Germans doesn't care about the others branch see they don't make any audit with the employees, to find out what's going on....

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
