Pros
-Good office location - Some nice work colleagues - 50/50 Hybrid (Use to be 100% WFH)
Cons
- Very KPI driven - Zero room for profession - Understaffed - High turnover in Customer Service - No Flexibility (Scheduled breaks, lunch etc) and results in a lot of Sick Leave cause people can’t get time off - Leave approval needs to be done at least 7-12 month in advance - Lack of training and up skilling - Pay is standard call centre - Monthly Incentive for FT employees is hard to get because of unrealistic expectations on department KPI’s when they don’t have enough staff to even reach the targets in the first place.
