      DHL, a European corporation, provides exceptional benefits to their employees and promotes career track advancement

      Cons

      Equipment at this hub is outdated, broken, and unsafe. The culture is as toxic as the diesel and jet fuel fumes: red necks, misogynists, racists, homophobes/transphobes. Forget career track advancement at this location unless you're part of the good ol' boys club.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
