Cons
Management has become extremely rigid and unapproachable related to change and ideas. More responsibilities added without room for other ideas and stressful environment due to poor company success. Extreme micromanaging of time for excess reporting- hard to run an operation when chained to a desk for various data driven reports. Company tries to emphasize employee engagement yet keeps rolling out new data metrics to monitor keeping teams away from one another. More and more policies implemented that are ineffective. Operating in the stone age as far as tech - all manual sorting. Yet the push for perfection. I used to recommend people to DHL but I warn them that the company has changed now.
