      With a good manager, you'll learn a lot.

      Cons

      The way they handled the layoffs in August was reprehensible which is being nice. Don't trust upper management for anything. There's a saying in Chinese, translated it is "Gold and jade outside, rot and decay inside" which perfectly sums up the company in a nutshell. The company has started its decline, I'll enjoy watching it from the outside.

      Pros

      Great team environment with strong support throughout the organization. I enjoyed collaborating with both my direct team and the store teams.

      Cons

      There honestly were not many negatives. I really enjoyed the team environment, felt supported, and had a positive experience overall. Like any role, there were occasional busy or challenging periods, but nothing that outweighed the positives of the position.
