Pros
Company recognizes contributions and encourages forward thinking. Love that you are able to working independently knowing that your manager is there if you need to bounce something off of them. Great benefits package and one of a very few companies left that offer a non contributing pension plan. Social Committee is stepping it up and activities the involve the entire company are being implemented. Overall good place to work.
Cons
Company needs an upper management shake up. Getting to complacent with the status quo. Need leaders that are going to take it to the next level. Too many players in the industry and they are not going to be going away any time soon (although the public "Bank" players usually jump ship at the first sign of trouble). Need to step up penetration into new market places and soon.
