The firm expects employees to maintain the rigorous workload and standards of a Big 4 firm, but the compensation is among the lowest in the industry with zero overtime pay. Management lacks basic financial technical knowledge; when asked for guidance on complex tasks, the standard response is that it’s 'not their job' to go deep into the work. You are essentially left to figure everything out yourself with no mentorship or financial reward for the extra hours required.
