Pros

Time to work on my CV to leave Junior staff are hard working and strive to achieve to build their skills Comical Town Halls (ie like BTTF theme lol)

Cons

WFH is fake - management check swipe card entries and PIP staff for non-compliance The most toxic, fake leadership I've ever experience Leaders with fake P&L claiming the have targets, when really they lie month to month Travel ban in place for anyone the counts, while certain leaders travel extensively I've never been in a company the loses so many customers and regularly Lack of real opportunities and no training When staff leave, no one is replaced and senior leaders accept roles they are not qualified for No pay rises Performance and ratings is geared not to promote or pay No promotions even when staff are working hard and trying to achieve Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) paid only if 50% ABR and TCV is achieved and even then only paid quarterly and late Company reputation is terrible in APJMEA and ANZ in particular due to stale senior leaders

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
