Pros

Pros are a big joke in this firm. It is a rogue firm that has been convicted of Financial Manipulation in USA.

Cons

No Job security. Every year they throw out Thousands of people based on their packages (not performance). If your package is more than 15 lakhs p.a. then they lay you off anytime and they Fire 3 such employees and hire 2 low package employees for increasing profit. That are fighting court case with Karnataka IT employees union for this since 2021. In March 2023, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) fined DXC Technology $8 million to settle charges that the company misled investors regarding its financial performance between 2018 and early 2020. In a separate legal case, a US Court of Appeals upheld a $194 million damages award for DXC Technology's subsidiary, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), in a trade secret misappropriation case against Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
