Business outlook
Pros
Work with hard working people. I also work remotely (work from home) and most of my coworkers do too. This provides a unique experience and a preferred work life balance.
Cons
There's no clear career path which seems confusing given the longevity of the company. People move around to different roles in their departments but it's hard to see any progression toward leadership. The company has also been laying off a lot of employees due to a shifting industry.
