Pros
Depending on the project, you'll probably work with some pretty smart people. WFH - You can WFH here, which is good for work/life balance. Depending on your job, it can be quite nice.
Cons
If you're looking to be grossly underpaid, this is the place for you. If you're looking to never get a promotion, this is the place for you. If you're looking to constantly worry if you'll be part of the next weekly round of layoffs, this is the place for you. If you're looking to work for a place too cheap to spend $30 dollars on a laptop charger, this is the place for you. If you're looking to get screwed on being reimbursed for training, after they try to force you into taking part in what is known as a 'stretch goal', this is the place for you. You're nothing but a number. The human connection is completely void at this soulless pit called DXC Technology. The opportunity to make this company better than what HP/HPE and CSC is was right there for the taking. Instead, the goal of moving as many jobs as possible overseas and laying off as many people as possible to boost profits was the plan, and goal, and quite frankly, it's quite successful. Every day, more talent walks out the door. Good for competitors, awful for DXC.
