Pros
Mid-level leadership excellent to work with, and really do care, employees who have stayed are committed and really talented
Cons
Mid-level leadership have their hands tied to executive management which believes all work must be performed off-shore using employees with bogus and scripted resume's. Had to turn down work because of lack of skills and ability to deliver. Procurement of required tools and hardware for delivery is a total bottleneck and absolutely halts work to a stand still leaving delivery managers to be demeaned (rightfully) by the client.
