Pros

Usually do not have to work evenings and weekends.

Cons

1) They are consistently critically understaffed to save money (meaning that the only pro listed above isn't even true anymore) 2) Abnormally low pay to begin with followed by ZERO pay raises, zero promotions, zero bonus, zero cost of living increase 3) The cost of benefits has doubled over the past year 4) They hire contractors who they fire at the drop of a hat. 5) Contractors and international employees are treated like slave labor - they work incredibly long hours, weekends etc. 6) Contractors get fired at the drop of a hat. 7) Our computers are trash and it takes months to get replacements. I have seen coworkers using their personal computers. 8) they hire people who are not sufficiently skilled for their positions (in order to pay less) and then force the employees to take online classes on their own time and at their own expense. 9) We are expected to have complete corporate connectivity, use phone apps to connect to VPNs, be available for email, skype etc. 100% of the time but receive no phones, no cellular or data reimbursement. 10) The workplace culture is not good, everyone is overworked and underpaid, everyone has seen their net pay decrease substantially over the past year and knows the only way to fix it is to find another job.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
