Cons
Constant talk of transformation and turnarounds since it was CSC. All they've achieved is a loss of revenue and a bunch of seriously annoyed customers in a dwindling base. Now they've went the extra mile and informed the plebs there will be no rises at all this year (except for executives of course). If you got a top rating, you'll get the same rise as the guy who spent the whole year looking out the window. Need some admin done? Good luck with that. We have several unrelated time entry systems from legacy companies, that still have not been harmonised. HR who are impossible to contact, the occasional "manager" who might call up and ask who you are and what you do (sniffing for WFRs). They insist you follow the companies ethical guidelines, when they themselves cannot. In other words, these things are paid lipservice to satisfy shareholders something meaningful is going on. The reality is far removed from that.
