Pros
First of all I want to highlight don't fall for the positive reviews here most of them are done by their HR team using fake accounts. I am here for enough years to know how they think & run their business. There is nothing as such a Pro here.
Cons
1. No Work life balance. Once you sign the dotted lines you are their slaves literally. They may ask you to work for two different clients and even in the same time zones literally making your life a living hell. They may ask a native developer to work on backend technologies like NodeJS. Literally upper management has smoken some good quality weed & they don't care about your career but only the business at hand. 2. Monthly Performance reviews: You are literally just one "Make the manager / Lead unhappy" instance away from loosing your job here. Nonsense monthly performance reviews are done which you will have to pass with 70 % criteria managing your daily tasks as well. You will live in a constant fear of job safety if you really want to join this company. Now a days their sales team is unable to get any business so they will either ask you learn a different technology where they are expecting a project if you say no to such a request you will be put on a PIP resulting in you being thrown out of the company. There are no lateral hirings in the tech team. 3. Variable Salary: Recently just to stop the attrition rate they removed the variable part for Individual Contributors (ICs) but for all others they have 12% variable salary with stupid methods to earn that 12% making you feel that you are a beggar. 4. Coding standards: They claim to be CMMI level 3 company but there are no processes or standards literally. Every team has their own standards code they produce is rubbish. 5. Management: If you have an experience of 4 years you are eligible to be promoted to a Associate Manager role where you will literally managing a complete project end to end. That in itself is a recipe for Havoc. 6. Mental Health: You will become a person with nerves of steel literally if you work here. Managing multiple clients / Projects. Learning a new technology every quarter. Basically you will become "Jack of all trades, master of none" if you are lucky enough to get a chance to work here. 7. Inexperienced workforce: The average workforce age is less than 2 years, no trainings or help from seniors as they have not written a single line of code for years. 8. Junk workstations: One more secret they don't have the money to buy new machines for their workforce instead they keep on repairing machines as old as 2017 which is another headache for a developer. Not only he is facing technical challenges some of which turn out due to an outdated machine. That's how they "Welcome you at Daffodil" also if these scrap machines die someday be ready to pay a hefty amount to their network team which are a group of clowns.
