Pros
Dalberg is a very formative workplace and you definitely become a more rigorous and better professional. The managers are dedicated to doing their best to provide value to clients and professional growth to staff. It is also open to diversity and dialogue
Cons
It took me to leave the company to be able to put words on what I was missing and it is psychological safety. They say you can be yourself and it is a safe place to make mistakes but I only felt that it was true with a handful of managers. Most of the time, I felt that I was not smart enough, not doing what I am the best at but rather what I should be doing, that the system was trying to put me in a box rather than seeing my difference and added value. Overall, it does not give enough space to creativity. Work life balance is also inexistant
