Pros
Great people, great learning environment. I worked with exceptionally talented colleagues, and the Dakar office had a collaborative and supportive culture. The variety of projects provided constant learning opportunities and exposure to different sectors and challenges. A fantastic place for professional growth.
Cons
Work-life balance was one of the main challenges. Long working hours were frequent, particularly during busy project periods. The pace was fast and expectations were high, which contributed to strong professional growth but could make it difficult to maintain a sustainable balance over time.
