*Unrealistic expectations and deadlines. * Everyday employees are expected to extend till 8-9pm. * No resources are added to the project even after requesting. * Minimum 2-3 times a month employees are asked to work on weekends. * No separate BIM team. * Expectations from management are high , but they do not support by provided resources. * Join only if you want to slog and do donkeys work. * Poor HR and leave policies. * No flexibility , only 1 day a week WFH. * Indian offices mostly doing production work.
