Pros
I had a job and made life long friends with fellow co-workers.
Cons
Data Intensity is an awful company to work for. They do not care about their employees and they compensate them with the salaries that are quite a bit lower than industry average across the board. The CEO, Phil Laforge, along with his CFO, Lou Faustini, would rather work the current employees to death rather than hire help. They are the latest in a line of leadership that has helped to run this company, that had potential, into the ground. The leadership cares more about lining the stock holders pockets than producing quality work for their customers. Every 2-3 years this company has massive layoff which cause the already over worked and under paid employees to have to cover ridiculously long and demanding shifts. To any potential employees that are thinking of becoming employed with DI… RUN! Do not look back!
