The company operates at a fast clip, and there’s real opportunity to make an impact early—especially if you’re self-motivated and comfortable owning outcomes. What stands out so far is the level of autonomy paired with high expectations. As a Sales Manager, I’m encouraged to think strategically about pipeline development, partnerships, and vertical expansion, rather than just grind through deals. Leadership gives you room to run, but they also expect you to deliver results. It’s a strong fit for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is excited to help shape how a category-defining company grows.

The pace is quick, and not everything is buttoned-up or built out yet—which is to be expected at this stage of scale. You need to be proactive and comfortable figuring things out as you go. Processes are evolving, and success depends on being adaptable and solutions-oriented. This is not the right fit for someone looking for a rigid playbook or a lot of hand-holding.

Plans are set at a high level, but the execution often falls on teams that don’t have the clarity or resources needed to succeed. This creates unnecessary stress and inefficiencies. Communication isn’t always transparent, and employees are often left trying to piece things together on their own. Feedback is shared, but it rarely results in visible improvements, which can be discouraging over time. The pace is demanding, and without strong structure or recognition, it leads to burnout.
