Also, this company claims to encourage openness but subjective & biased feedback instead, some leaders are too young and not experienced to deliver quality coaching, Polices rapidly changed without respect, communications and long-term organisations Ambiguous career path and tend to manipulative approach on employees’ path, not willing to negotiate and listen, and even not letting teammate to choose, just assigned what they want you to do and not by evaluating your competence. Do not expect any personal growth in this company. IT errors happen all the time and consuming much resources in resolving one error but more to come afterwards.
