- not so transparent despite their values - not a company you wld consider because they want weaklings who aren’t going to stand up for themselves (cant stand up for what's right or else kena warning letter) - miscommunication amongst the leaders and when its top to bottom, communication is lost somewhere - dont accept constuctive feedback if you're from the bottom chain
