Excellent client base to work with and engaging projects

Really don't have any cons to share

When I started here, the first thing I noticed was how incredibly talented the team here was (that and how nice everyone was). Now almost a couple months into my new role, I think what sets DesignMind apart from others is 1.) how much our clients trust us, and 2.) the type of work…work that makes a huge impact for our clients. Another observation I’ve made is that there’s quite a lot of diversity throughout the organization. It’s great to see ideas and collaboration coming from everyone, and that everyone’s taken seriously. DesignMind has established itself as one of the top Big Data and Business Intelligence consultancies in the Bay area. Because they’re so active in the local technology community, they’ve established a good reputation, and are viewed as true experts in the space. I think there’s tons of upside here, and I’m definitely looking forward to 2017 and beyond.

Because DesignMind is relatively small (appx 50 people), priorities and schedules change a lot. You need to be resourceful. Not necessarily a negative thing, but this is definitely not the environment for people not looking forward to that type of challenge.
