      Pros

      Other behavior technicians you meet are great and knowledgeable, most BCBAs very experienced and the clients you work with are always grateful, kiddos progress is rewarding to see.

      Cons

      CEO retaliates against anyone that calls him out on inhumane or unethical treatments of staff or clients. One of my coworkers sent a message to a group chat that showed the CEO didn’t care about his behavior technicians and their struggles. It’s why I put in my resignation.

      Pros

      Great work environment, supportive management, clear communication, and a strong team culture. Leadership truly cares about employees, encourages growth, and provides stability. Work-life balance is respected, and processes are well organized.

      Cons

      No major cons to mention. Continuous improvement is part of the company culture, which is a positive thing.

      - supportive supervisors who are available for guidance/training - strong emphasis on ethical, client-centered care - opportunities for professional growth and continued learning - meaningful, rewarding work with clients - collaborative team environment - encourages skill development - flexible scheduling compared to other ABA companies (I definitely recommend to a friend, I have 2 friends working here)

      Cons

      - schedule changes due to client cancellations but reallocation is an option if wanted. this is rare for ABA companies!!! (so is actually a pro)
