Cons
There is no appraisal process initiated from management even if you are elible to get salary hikes because they say the lack of CRM to track them. Lack of salary hikes according to hard work put in by employees and not upto industry bare minimum standards There is official written email confirmation required once you accept your salary hike to not leave the company before next appraisal process. Lack of opportunities in web development front end applications. They also don't give you much opportunities to learn new language or framework and work on live projects to grow. They hire new employees instead of supporting their old employees. There is no technical training provided to employees to upskill them. Strict daytime start hours and salary/leave deduction will be applied for employees who come late in the office. No work from home facility. No holidays on Saturday which means employees have to work whole week except Sunday. Strict Leave policy and extra sandwich leave deduction when sunday or holiday comes. Developers are forced to manage their daily timeline and do overtime while working on multipe projects. Lack of source control tools to manage developer's work and workflow. They use pendrives and hard drives instead of this. Without much experience in software development, employee can be promoted to lead and manage the team which is risky for promoted employee because experience matters the most before you start leading the team.
