Pros

Co-operative team leaders. Very active in organising extra curricular activities for enjoyment and fun. Good for employees only upto certain level from 1-3 years of experience. Provides long term job security if you are barely good enough. One of the fastest growing company is surat city mainly because of mobile application development. Ther are more than 70% of the employees are hired in mobile technologies such as android, iOS and xamarin only. So this company is a good choice if you are mobile app developer.

Cons

There is no appraisal process initiated from management even if you are elible to get salary hikes because they say the lack of CRM to track them. Lack of salary hikes according to hard work put in by employees and not upto industry bare minimum standards There is official written email confirmation required once you accept your salary hike to not leave the company before next appraisal process. Lack of opportunities in web development front end applications. They also don't give you much opportunities to learn new language or framework and work on live projects to grow. They hire new employees instead of supporting their old employees. There is no technical training provided to employees to upskill them. Strict daytime start hours and salary/leave deduction will be applied for employees who come late in the office. No work from home facility. No holidays on Saturday which means employees have to work whole week except Sunday. Strict Leave policy and extra sandwich leave deduction when sunday or holiday comes. Developers are forced to manage their daily timeline and do overtime while working on multipe projects. Lack of source control tools to manage developer's work and workflow. They use pendrives and hard drives instead of this. Without much experience in software development, employee can be promoted to lead and manage the team which is risky for promoted employee because experience matters the most before you start leading the team.

If you want secure job with low income then good for you

I worked for more than one year, and most of the time I have to seat ideal , no work , no task assigned, no project. Lot of politics including company managers to some of TL. Company says it’s employee friendly environment and policy but every employee is frustrated.

The team was approachable and always willing to help, providing valuable mentorship and constructive feedback. I was given hands-on experience with real-world projects, which allowed me to apply and grow my technical skills using modern tools and technologies. The company culture was inclusive and professional, with open communication and a genuine focus on intern development. Overall, it was a great place to start my career in tech.

Cons

As an intern, one of the challenges I faced was the initial learning curve when getting up to speed with the company’s codebase and internal processes.
