      There are no pros here. The boss is a rude person.

      Cons

      Everything is bad here. Don't join here if you have other options. Only oin here if you want instant money to survive a couple of months. The boss here will mentally torture you and you will regret your decision. He insults people all the time if you don't know something. You will always feel low. He will deduct your salary if client don't pay him on time.

      Easy onboarding, good customer service, great pay, decent benefits

      Cons

      They are happy with you as long as you please the client. If you have anything negative to say about the client, as in, you're working 12-15 hours/day consistently for a year, and you're doing the work of three people, and you've expressed some dissatisfaction with this - watch out. You're 'being difficult.'
