Great company with good work life balance - Sr. Software Engineer Digital Mesh Softech Employee Review

I joined as a fresher and left 4 years later as a Sr. Software Engineer. The valuable mentoring that I received from my team manager and the company management is the main reason that I have progressed in my career. The work culture is very nice and the HR organises many events to help us all relax. Employees do not feel much pressure here as long as they are ready to put in their best. One interesting thing that I noticed is that the majority of employees have remained in the company for more than 5 years and the senior team has been there for more than 10 years. Even I left only because I had an opportunity to work abroad.
